Basics

A character's second profession is available at level 40 and requires completing the chain of 3 quests specific to the profession. Quests necessary to obtain a profession Shillien Elder:

• Quest Trial of the Pilgrim
• Quest Testimony of Fate
• Quest Test of the Reformer

On Masterwork, all quests are available from the character's level 35.

This article is a Guide/Manual for completing 3 quests for the Shillien Elder profession together. After completing the quests, you will receive the items needed to change the profession. The full list of rewards for completing quests:

Quest guide

1. Teleport to Giran. Find Kaira Magister in the Dark Elf Guild and talk to her.

Kaira will give Kaira's Letter NG

2. Head to Giran Temple. Find Pupina Priestess and talk to her.

Pupina will give Book of Reform NG

3. Exit the Temple of Giran. Go around the building, find Metheus Brother and talk to him.

Metheus will give Metheus's Funeral Jar NG

4. Teleport to Dion. Exit the city through the eastern gate. Head east along the road to the Execution Grounds (Club Card holders can teleport to the location). Find and kill monsters:

Hangman Tree Lv. 35
Nameless Revenant Quest Monster Lv. 38

Until you collect:

Kasandra's Remains NG
Ripped Diary NG x 7

After collecting 7 diary fragments, a quest monster will appear:

Aruraune Quest Monster Lv. 40

Kill the monster and get Huge Nail NG

5. Teleport to Giran. Find Pupina Priestess in the Temple and talk to her.

Pupina will give Letter of Introduction NG

6. Exit the Temple of Giran. Go around the building, find Metheus Brother and talk to him.

Metheus will give Herbalism Textbook NG

Talk to him again, the dialogue must be carried out twice.

7. Teleport to Dion. Find Ixia Master in the Dark Elf Guild and talk to her.

Ixia will give Ixia's List NG

8. Teleport from Dion to Plains of Dion. Near the teleportation point find Sla Preacher and talk to her.

Sla will give Sla's Letter NG

9. Teleport to Gludin Village, then to Orc Barracks. Head east, find Santiago Hermit near the house and talk to him.

Santiago will give Voucher of Trial NG

10. Teleport to Gludin Village, then to Wastelands. Head to the center of the location. Find and kill monsters:

Tyrant Lv. 35
Tyrant Kingpin Lv. 36

Until you collect 10 Tyrant's Blood NG

11. Teleport to Dark Elf Village, then to Bloody Swampland. Head east, at the foot of the mountains find Katari and talk to her.

After the conversation, two NPCs will appear:

Ol Mahum Pilgrim — Quest NPC
Ol Mahum Inspector Quest Monster Lv. 38 — Quest monster

Kill the inspector monster, then talk to the pilgrim, he will give Ol Mahum's Money NG

Talk to Katari again, after the conversation the quest monster will appear:

Ol Mahum Betrayer Quest Monster Lv. 36

Kill the traitor monster and get Letter of Betrayer NG

Talk to Katari again, she will give Katari's Letter NG

12. Teleport to Giran. Exit the city through the eastern gate, cross the bridge. Follow the road northeast to the Gorgon Flower Garden (Club Card holders can teleport to the location). Find and kill monsters:

Until you collect 10 Medusa's Ichor NG

13. Teleport to Dion, then to Cruma Tower. Instead going inside, head northeast. Find and kill monsters:

Marsh Spider Lv. 34
Marsh Stakato Soldier Lv. 33

Until you collect:

Marsh Spider's Fluids NG x 10
Nightshade Root NG x 10

Quest items drop from all Marsh Stakato monsters in the Cruma Marshlands.

14. Teleport to Dion, exit the city through the eastern gate. Follow the road to the east to the Execution Grounds. Find and kill monsters:

Dead Seeker Lv. 34

Until you collect 10 Dead Seeker Dung NG

15. Teleport to Dion. Find Ixia Master in the Dark Elf Guild and talk to her.

Ixia will give Belladonna NG

16. Teleport to Dion, then to Plains of Dion. Near the teleport point find Sla Preacher and talk to her.

Sla will give:

Greetings NG
Letter of Greetings NG
Letter of Greetings NG

17. Teleport to Orc Village. Find Tanapi Seer on the first floor of the Hall of Kings and talk to him.

18. Teleport from Orc Village to Cave Of Trials. Head inside the cave. Keep the right side. Inside the cave find Ancestor Martankus and talk to him.

19. Teleport to Orc Village, then to Immortal Plateau, South. Go along the road to the northwest. At the fork turn to the northeast. On the hill on the right find Kakan and talk to her.

After the conversation, two NPCs will appear:

Ol Mahum Pilgrim — Quest NPC
Crimson Werewolf Quest Monster Lv. 36 — Quest monster

Kill the werewolf monster, then talk to Kakan. She will give Kakan's Letter NG

20. Teleport to Gludin Village, then to Forgotten Temple. Head inside to the fire part of the temple. In the last room, turn left. Find and kill monsters:

Lava Salamander Quest Monster Lv. 35

Until you get Essence of Flame NG

21. Teleport to Orc Village, then to Cave Of Trials. Head inside the cave. Keep the right side. Inside the cave find Ancestor Martankus and talk to him.

Martankus will give Spirit of Flame NG

22. Teleport to Orc Village. Find Tanapi Seer on the first floor of the Hall of Kings and talk to him.

23.1. Teleport to Dwarven Village. Find Gauri Twinklerock near the Forge and talk to her.

Gauri will give Tag of Rumor NG

23.2. Head to the northern gate of the village. Find Dorf Wanderer and talk to him.

Dorf will give Gray Badge NG

24. Exit Dwarven Village through the northeastern gate. Cross the bridge and follow the road to the east. Near the village find Nyakuri and talk to her.

After the conversation, two NPCs will appear:

Krudel Lizardman Quest Monster Lv. 36 — Quest monster

Kill the lizard monster, then talk to Nyakuri. She will give Nyakuri's Letter NG

25. Teleport to Giran. Find Primos Priest in the Temple and talk to him.

26. Exit the Temple of Giran. Go around the building, find Metheus Brother and talk to him.

Metheus will give Alder's Skull NG

27.1. Head to the Dark Elf Guild of Giran. Find Kaira Magister and talk to her.

Kaira will give Alders Skull NG

27.2. After talking to Kaira the ghost Alders Spirit will appear. Talk to him.

28. Head to the Giran Mages Guild. Find Roa Magister and talk to her.

Roa will give Alder's Receipt NG

29. Teleport to Gludin Village. Find Norman Warehouse Keeper in the Warehouse building and talk to him.

Norman will give Revelations Manuscript NG

30. Teleport to Giran. Find Kaira Magister in the Dark Elf Guild and talk to her.

Kaira will give Kaira's Recommendation NG

31. Teleport to Talking Island Village. Find Petron Priest in the Temple and talk to him.

Petron will give Picture of Nahir NG

32. Teleport from Talking Island Village to Singing Waterfall. Inside the cave find Ramus and talk to him.

Ramus will give Undead List NG

33. Teleport to Talking Island Village, then to Elven Ruins. Head inside the dungeon. Find and kill monsters:

34. Head to the room next to the Raid Boss in the Elven Ruins. Find and kill the monster:

Until you get Hair of Nahir NG

You can reach the next location on foot.

35. Teleport to Talking Island Village, then to the Singing Waterfall. Inside the cave find Ramus and talk to him.

Ramus will give Ramus's Letter NG

36. Teleport to Talking Island Village. Find Petron Priest in the Temple and talk to him.

Petron will give Statue of Einhasad NG

37. Teleport to Elven Village. Find Andellia near the teleport point and talk to her.

38.1. Teleport from Elven Village to Neutral Zone. Head north to the waterfall. North of the lake find and kill monsters:

Black Willow Quest Monster Lv. 30

Until you get Debris of Willow NG

38.2. On the northern shore of the lake find Uruha and talk to her.

Uruha will give Book of Darkness NG

39. Teleport to Dark Elf Village. Find Thifiell Tetrarch in the Temple and talk to him.

Thifiell will give:

Palus Charm NG
Thifiell's Letter NG

40.1. Teleport from Dark Elf Village to Spider Nest. Head to the Altar of Rites. Find Arkenia Witch and talk to her.

Arkenia will give Arkenia's Note NG

40.2. In the vicinity of the Ceremonial Alta find two NPCs and talk to them:

Bloody Pixy , she will give Pixy Garnet NG
Blight Treant , he will give Blight Treant Seed NG

The Bloody Pixy and Blight Treant also inhabit other places in the Dark Elf lands.

41. Teleport to Elven Village. Find Andellia near the teleport point and talk to her.

42. Teleport to Gludin Village, then to Wasteland. Go north, among the cliffs find Casian Elder and talk to him.

Casian will give Book of Sage NG

43. Teleport to Gludin Village, then to Orc Barracks. Head east, find Santiago Hermit near the house and talk to him.

Santiago will give Mark of Pilgrim NG

44. Teleport to Dion, then to Plains of Dion. Near the teleport point find Sla Preacher and talk to her.

Sla will give Mark of Reformer NG

45. Teleport to Giran, then to Breka's Stronghold. Find and kill monsters:

Until you collect 10 Breka Overlord Skull NG

Several monsters are located east of the teleport point, others are on the northwestern hill.

46. Teleport to Giran, then to Hardin's Academy. Find and kill monsters:

47. Teleport to Hunter's Village. Exit the village through the western gate and follow the road down the hill. Find and kill monsters:

Karul Bugbear Lv. 40

Until you collect 10 Karul Bugbear Skull NG

The next location can be reached on foot through a tunnel in the mountain west of Hunters' Village.

48. Teleport to Oren, then to Plains of the Lizardmen. Find and kill monsters:

Leto Lizardman Overlord Lv. 40

Until you collect 10 Leto Overlord Skull NG

49. Teleport to Dark Elf Village, then to Bloody Swampland. Find and kill the monster:

Black Willow Lurker Quest Monster Lv. 39

From the killed monster you get Black Willow Leaf NG

50.1. Teleport to Dark Elf Village, then to Spider Nest. Head to the Altar of Rites. Find two NPCs around the Altar and talk to them:

Bloody Pixy , she will give Red Fairy Dust NG
Blight Treant , he will give Blight Treant Sap NG

The Bloody Pixy and Blight Treant also inhabit other places in the Dark Elf lands.

50.2. Head to the Altar of Rites. Find Arkenia Witch and talk to her.

Arkenia will give Arkenia's Letter NG

51. Teleport to Dark Elf Village. Find Thifiell Tetrarch in the Temple and talk to him.

Thifiell will give Mark of Fate NG

52. To change your profession, talk to Angus Grand Master in the Dark Elf Guild of Giran.
